Emilio Noble has over 26 years of experience dedicated to outreaching, educating and servicing the low-income population & communities in New York, New Jersey, and Florida through numerous health care programs, education, and intervention. Mr. Noble has worked with WellCare, Centercare, Oxford Health Plans, University Health Plans/UMDNJ, Genesis Health plan, and is presently the Sales Director for the Medicaid business in WellCare. Mr. Noble has served as the Board President for (BCFC) Brooklyn Center for Family in Crisis for 10 years. BCFC offers mental and emotional therapy and services to the Brooklyn Community. To further emphasize his dedication to service individuals and communities as a whole, Mr. Noble is the co—founder of “Trees Without Roots”. The focus of this organization is to reach, educate, empower, and support individuals who served time and are facing challenges with their re-entry into society. Simultaneously, Mr. Noble is a Chapter leader for the Dutchess County Guardian Angels and a member of Dutchess Justice. He specializes in the implementation of effective marketing strategies that results in meeting or exceeding desired results. Mr. Noble has achieved a successful track record for the development, structuring, and management of successful staff. Mr. Noble accomplished a BA degree in Communication from NY Institute of Technology. In addition to the Field Marketing Staff, he also is experienced in managing Training Departments and overseeing all external regulatory matters effectively. Mr. Noble has formed pro-active and effective relationships with external regulatory agencies that work in collaboration with Community Based Organizations. Mr. Emilio Noble serves as Sr VP for Nobility Group, facilitating and developing tailored initiatives to assist clients/companies in resolving challenges. His experience, leadership, and strategic contributions to numerous organizations have resulted in meeting or exceeding company’s revenue expectation and vision. Under Mr. Emilio Noble’s coaching and mentorship, small and large staff has adapted to new innovative and effective strategies. Working as a consultant, the vision to utilize acquired experience, strategies, and effective planning to assist clients achieve their goals will prevail. In addition to reaching culturally and language diverse communities via new and tailored concepts fitted to meet the need of each and every individual client.
